hi I am a young 26 year old mother of three and used to weigh 115 at 5 foot 4 but am now almost 160 and am dying to be thin again. I just had my 3rd child in feb. of this year but have not been able to lose the weight and i am desperate so please help.. any advise on how to get started and how to lose weight the fastes, and still have energy for my kids would be awesome. again please help
